Make sure you join us, Governor Youngkin, The Mayor of Portsmouth, and Missy’s celebrity guests at Manor High School, 1401 Elmhurst Ln, Portsmouth, VA 23701 beginning at 2pm.

Five-time Grammy-winning singer, rapper, songwriter and producer Missy Elliott, is returning to her alma mater, Manor High School for the “Missy Elliott Boulevard” Dedication Ceremony Pep Rally/Parade.” This event is being held in partnership with the City of Portsmouth, Portsmouth Public Schools, Hampton Roads Urban Agriculture and the Finney-Smith Foundation.

All activities will take place at Manor High School, 1401 Elmhurst Ln, Portsmouth, VA 23701. Doors will open at 2:00 pm. The parade and ceremony are free and open to the public. The parade and ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 pm. The parade will feature Norfolk State University Marching Band, Hampton University Marching Band and Elizabeth City State University Marching Band. The program will also feature Churchland High School Band, Manor High School Band and I.C. Norcom High School Band.
