The Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore distributes food directly to our community through Mobile Pantries, 757 Mobile Markets, Food Hubs, and other initiatives.

Virginia Peninsula Foodbank’s Community Pantry — in partnership with Sentara Healthcare — has been serving neighbors with fresh, nourishing food and connections to vital health and wellness resources.

Cooper’s Restaurant
Cooper’s Restaurant in Portsmouth will host a free spaghetti dinner on Monday, November 10, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., or until supplies run out. The event is open to anyone in need.

Many local animal shelters and rescues also offer free pet food pantries to help keep beloved pets in their homes because nobody should have to choose between feeding themselves and their pets.
