Rutter Mills Turkey Drop

Rutter Mills is excited to host its 1st Annual Turkey Drop, giving back to the community this Thanksgiving with 300 complete holiday dinners, each including a turkey and traditional sides. The drive-through event allows families to remain in their vehicles while volunteers, including members of the U.S. Marines ESG2 team, safely load the meals.

The giveaway is open to anyone in need — no registration or questions asked — and is limited to one dinner per vehicle. This event is part of Rutter Mills’ ongoing effort to support families in the Hampton Roads area, especially as many face rising costs for groceries, utilities, and housing.

Attendees are encouraged to arrive early, as supplies are limited and it is first-come, first-served. The Turkey Drop is a meaningful way for neighbors to come together, celebrate the season of giving, and ensure more families can enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving meal.
